In order to join iBuzzz.Net (hereafter referred to as iBuzzz) and to use the service of iBuzzz, certain information must be aquired in order for the service to function properly and to ensure the members functionality within the service and the iBuzzz network. Some of this information is supplied by the member when they join such as name, age and email address and other information is obtained by iBuzzz for statistical purposes such as IP address and Browser type.

First and foremost, we at iBuzzz want members to know that at no time will iBuzzz give, rent, sell, share or trade any of the personally identifiable information acquired to any third parties. Nor will we request members or guests to do so. Your information is submitted for membership purposes only and your information provided is shown to other members or visitors according to the profile privacy setting chosen by yourself. The two types of privacy settings are "Public"-this means your information on your profile is viewable by anyone including visitors and "Private"-which means that only buddies on your buddy list will be able to view your profile and information you choose to share there. Keep in mind however that even though your account may be set to private, members and visitors will still see certain parts of your profile page such as your avatar, country flag and name. They will NOT however be able to see your interests, music, video, pictures, buddies or any other information on your profile. iBuzzz reserves the right to access any account at any time for any reason should it be necessary to obtain such access. Some reasons may include, but are not limited to bug fixes, reports of member abuse of terms, legal reasons or any other reason as they see fit.

iBuzzz is NOT responsible for any personal information or otherwise shared with members or visitors by means of private messaging, chatboxes, forums, blogs or comment boxes or anywhere else that members can post, send or transmit such information. Use discretion when giving any information to anyone on the iBuzzz network. For example, don't go on a public chatboard and tell someone your address or place of business. This can in turn be read by any member or visitor who reads the chatbox. Also be careful when disclosing information to others in PM (private messages). iBuzzz can not protect your privacy in these circumstances and doing so is done solely at your own risk with no liability on behalf of iBuzzz.

For purposes of inviting a friend to join or check out iBuzzz (Invite-A-Buddy), an email address will be provided by a member or visitor in order for iBuzzz to contact the person with the invite request. This email will remain confidential and will only be used to send an iBuzzz request to the specified individual or for the occasional reminders for request to join. In the request will be a brief message from the requesting member or visitor as well as the requesting member or visitors profile name and registered email address. iBuzzz will never spam an invited buddy or solicit them for any reason other than to fulfil the "Invite-A-Buddy" request submitted by the member or visitor. Any person not wishing to receive further iBuzzz notifications can request removal from the iBuzzz database at the Privacy contact information provided below.

Within the iBuzzz service and network there will be many links. Some links will be provided by other members and some links will be presented by iBuzzz or their advertising agents. Please remember that once a link is clicked to another website (outside source) that iBuzzz is no longer responsible for privacy practices pertaining to these links or sites and all members and visitors are requested to view the privacy statements or policies of each link/site visited in order to know how their information is or may be used. Clicking or visiting any links provided within the iBuzzz community is done so at the members or visitors own and sole risk. The privacy staement provided herein applies only to iBuzzz and not any outside sources or when a person leaves this site.

Every member who joins iBuzzz is required to have a password for their benefit. This password is encrypted (hidden) and only known to the member to whom has assigned it. Using industry standards, iBuzzz does everything within their powers and means to protect and guard this and all other personal information on their servers or databases. At no time will a members' information be given out without their authority or when requested by legal means, be it police, government or otherwise without first following strict compliance measures as defined within the rules and regulatory systems governing such procedures based in the democratic institute of Canada and/or her affiliates.

Addendum to this, you are not allowed to advertise any lewd, pornagraphic, "win a", gambling, get rich quick, homophobic, extremely violent, sexist, racist, link share, offensive or any other objectionable content on the site or within your "My site" link or any other place within iBuzzz be it written, implied, linked, shared, viewable or otherwise.

You may not post, modify, share, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted materials belonging to other people, groups, companies or organizations without first obtaining their prior written consent. This includes posts, blogs, profiles, skins, mails, comments and groups anywhere within the iBuzzz service. Copyright materials includes, but are not limited to: music, lyrics, videos, text, images, logos, slogans and titles.

The following constitutes a partial list of inapropriate content and/or conduct and activity that violates the terms of use within iBuzzz. Anyone found or reported for violating any one or more of these listed infractions or any oter infractions may have their account suspended or deleted without warning and with the sole and absolute discretion of iBuzzz or its appointed officials or officers. Further, iBuzzz is in no way responsible for loss of any materials, photos, profile content, blogs, posts, comments or any other related information due to an account being suspended or deleted for terms of use infractions nor are they liable in any way or form.

Some examples of prohibited content or actions include, but are not limited to:

-harrassment, intimidation, threatening or "stalking" of members

-solicitation of a minor or persons under 18 years of age.

-supplying an inacurate date of birth

-posting a malicious, pornagraphic, adult content, gambling, offensive, or misleading link in your "My Site" profile area or anywhere else in your profile. This is a place to post a legitimate link to your website, forum, blog or discussion board. Anyone abusing this feature and posting "BAD" links may have their account deleted.

-unauthorized commercial activity such as contests, sweepstakes, promos, mass mailing, spamming or any form of unwanted or unrequested solicitation or sales pitches and offers except where allowed such as "The Trading Post."

-forwarding, posting, transmitting or private messaging scams such as chain letters and pyramid schemes as well as "You've won!" and misleading "freebie" offers

-tampering, compromising or interfering with iBuzzz code, servers, networks, content or services including affiliated members codes, servers, networks and services.

-spreading, sharing, uploading or transmitting any viruses, scripts, bots or malware

-collecting, copying or storing information on members or collecting information on members to send unwanted or unrequested mail or requests.

-automating programs or scripts to use within the iBuzzz Service or network to send comments, messages or offers or to add people as a buddy

-impersonating any iBuzzz member or official

-auctioning, selling, trading or transferring your account or any part therein to a third party

-being a nuisance or disruptive in chat rooms, boards or forums and posting irrelevant or nonsensical or intentionally mean, hurtful, slanderous or defamatory comments/posts about a member or group

-posting sensitive and confidential information about yourself or others such as phone numbers, addresses and places of business that could potentially be used to locate or harrass yourself or others. iBuzzz is not responsible, accountable or in any way liable for people who post such information. Anyone found to be doing so in any iBuzzz public area will be warned or deleted at the sole discretion of iBuzzz or a representative. People posting such information in a private profile do so at their own risk and once again iBuzzz is not responsible, accountable or in any way liable for people who post such information.

-any communication or content involving child pornography, pirating, the traffic of obscene materials, fraudulent endeavors or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity

Members are responsible for their communications and dealings within the iBuzzz site and network. Govern yourself accordingly and be aware that although iBuzzz and iBuzzz appointed representatives have the authority to settle member disputes, they/we are in no way obligated to do so nor are we obligated to monitor any rooms, profiles, chats or other areas of the website. All areas of iBuzzz are on an "at your own risk" basis and iBuzzz is not responsible for the postings or content distributed around the site whether intentional or accidental, accurate or false. Furthermore, member discretion and commonsense must be excercised before entering The Catacombs as this area will no doubt always have adult, graphic or even violent or disturbing images and/or topis and discussions. Once again, enter at your own risk.
